I don't know if this is my imagination or what but I really feel like my memory is sharper and I am more myself, like I used to be. I am taking it everyh day.
I've been taking the NAD+ supplement for over a month and have noticed several welcome changes. The biggest is related to my appetite. I don't have the cravings for sweets I normally do and I'm eating more healthy foods. My digestion, sleep, concentration, and overall stamina have also improved. I have family history of heart disease and I'm deficient in vitamin D. I'm happy to know now that the K2 in this will help deliver the D3 vitamins to the right area of my body and not lead to calcification. It's an important combination that more people should use and look into for their health. The pills are easy to swallow and not too large and don't have a weird taste.
These are great. I take vitamin D to help me not get sick (with two kids in school everything goes through my house) and had read vitamin K2 helps you to absorb the D3. These are a nice size and don't leave a bad taste in my mouth so I will definitely buy again.
So far, I’ve been very pleased with this product. My Vitamin D level is low, so I needed a supplement. I like that this has the vitamin K as well. No crappy taste and easy to take. The seller is also great about answering questions, which is a huge plus for me.
