Didn't notice much of anything at first, but after a few months my blood pressure is lower and my cholestrol is down. The only change i made in my life was TruNiagen (3 capsules/daily.)

I have been taking this supplement for six months now. It replaced at least 15 different vitamins and minerals I was taking every morning. I cringed at the price and still do, but it is worth every penny. I have not gotten sick once, not even a cold, since I started taking it. I can't remember the last time I have been well for that amount of time. The price went up a bit here on Amazon since I started taking it. It originally was closer to $80, which is still a lot. But I figure that when I average in what doctor visits and medicines would have cost in that time period, it doesn't hurt my pocketbook as much.
One of the best liquid supplements in my opinion. My wife has been taking this pretty faithfullyfor 3 years now, and she is very happy with the results and quality. It has helped her inmany ways and she continues to use it daily. It can replace a lot of individual pill supplementsand although it is rather expensive, it has proven a good choice for us. We also take othersupplementation such as hemp seed oil to cover the essential omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids.
I love that all the ingredients are in one place and in liquid form. I can't tolerate tablets: I keep retasting them, they sometimes feel like lumps going down, or sitting in my stomach, no such problems w/ this. Nevertheless, though the taste is impressive for so many ingredients, it's still...eh, has a bit of an aftertaste that does not make me or my daughter eager to take it. So close.
