★★★★★ Let me start by saying that I’m a huge advocate for a healthy lifestyle. As many other lifters, I want to get bigger, I want to get stronger, more importantly I hate cardio. It's something that most don’t do. It’s also something that essential for your cardiovascular health. Something I’ve learned over the years is, if your trying to gain mass, dont go on distance runs. Keep the cardio to sprints. Sprints are also a great way to increase your natural testosterone which obviously helps in getting bigger. This speed band helps make those early morning sprint a little more enjoyable. The reason why I got these were because I wanted to increase my speed. I’ve never been the fastest but I enjoyed the thrill of competing in track in field in high school. Not to mention I'm also a huge gym rat. When I’m with my partner in crime, I run 50m-75m with my friend working as an anchor. When I’m alone, I keep it attached to a pole and work my start or agility. I’ve used it for two days, and I’ve felt lighter on my feet both times after using it. I should also state that I usually end the workout with a couple of sprints. I still have not timed my splits but I could’ve shaved a solid .08 seconds off. In my opinion that’s drastic considering I’ve only used them for a couple of days, and it's freezing here. I really enjoy the material that the band is covered in. The cones are also great extension. The belt is not going to snap unless you purposely cut it and the same goes for the anchor. Overall, I really enjoy this. I love using it. Thanks for the great product!

★★★★★ I bought this set to use when I couldn't make it to the gym. I visit them gym 6-7 days a week. I lift weights, and do light cardio. This helps me build endurance. Nice to use outside on pretty days. The belt is comfortable and wide, unlike some others I have worn. It is also easy to adjust to different sized waists. I am enjoying using this new equipment new increase my health. It also comes with a handy guide.

★★★★★ I use this on my carom cue. Better than rubber grip or linen wrap. It takes 5 minutes to wrap it up. Take it off when it gets dirty and wrap it again. So cheap and easy! Cue feels so much better and secure in your hand with this tape on it
