I am a midwife and buy this for myself and my clients. I have seen great results from this product. It works quickly, and is not constipating. Definitely my first choice for mamas.
The capsules are relatively small, the product is effective, and even with two capsules per day is not constipating. Three caps per day is another matter, however.
The only one that works. After 10 yrs of extreme anemia, now no problem! Gave to my mom, worked for her too. No other dr. Brand or many other more expensive brands were absorbed
