Throne has to be the Best Supplement Love it
I use pharma GABA chewables with my ASD son and myself when we have rough days. I know pharma GABA works best. But sometimes i have trouble falling asleep. I've used melatonin, suntheanine, and GABA for this which works. However, I know that after taking melatonin too long, it started to mess with my Cortisol production in the morning and I was having trouble waking up. So I stopped melatonin and went to just this pharmaGABA at night before bedtime. It works very well to stop my racing mind and help me relax so that I can fall asleep. I wake up refreshed.
