Fits well! I'm glad I went with the Medium since this one feels just right so a Small would've been tight. I'm 5'8" 145, and a size 30 waist. If you go by the sizes on the package, I'd be a Small. So I'd recommend ordering 1 size up. Feels like it'll protect my jewels.
I've been using this cup for a couple of months and it's been great! It's easy to wash the strap since the cup can easily be pulled out and it's definitely kept me safe. I've been struck (accidentally) in the groin multiple times while doing drills and sparring for MMA classes and it didn't hurt at all any of the times.I will say that it causes my underwear to ride up a bit and it's quite secure, but I think that's probably standard with any cup/strap set. If it was loose and comfortable then it wouldn't protect you very well! I don't think it's excessively tight either.EDIT (11/17/2011): I recently picked up some active fit underwear and it's a lot more comfortable now to wear this cup. Maybe that's obvious but I had never played team sports in school so I wasn't aware that you needed to wear active fit underwear under a cup.
This is not the sort of product that I'd normally review, but I cannot deny that it was a good buy. See, it had been years since I'd purchased a similar item, but after some so called "friends" convinced me to join a soccer league, I decided it was time to be safe and not sorry. As the default goalie, this product paid for itself after the first match. Comfortable (as much as such a thing can be) and able to absorb "hilarious" shots to the groin, I cannot deny my fandom.
