Gave these to my dog for more nutrients during pregnancy and nursing. I think they worked great. Some dogs look really small after birth because the pups take most of their nutrients. But in my opinion these pills really helped increase her nutrients and milk production. Pups where born chubby and had beautiful silky shiny fur. I continued using these after nursing and my dog remains healthy with shiny fur. It was recommended to me from a local vet. And I recommend them for any dog even if they are not having puppies.
Switched to this Thorne supplement after using Barlean's for a couple of years. Wanted to increase my EPA/DHA dosage to help ensure my healthy aging, and this was the right one.
